Attached, you will find the UCRRA Bylaws with the most recent changes which include:

  • Article IV, Dues, Membership Types, and Charges – Changing the dates of the fiscal year from July 1 through June 30 of the following year.
     
  • Article VI – Officers –
    • Vice President – shall approve all checks and disbursements in the amount of $1,000.00 or more.
    • Treasurer – can sign all checks; all disbursements and checks in the amount of $1,000 or more shall be submitted in writing to the Vice President for approval
    • Treasurer – will work closely with UCRRA staff in the processing of membership applications, and with UCRRA staff, is responsible for ensuring an accurate current record of UCRRA membership.
